Female winemaker Nadia and co-owner Francis select fruit, flowers and native botanicals for delicious wines that result from full-circle farming. Each variety is truly unique, and the award-winning dry and sweet seasonal wines will appeal to every palette. All wines are made and bottled on site.

As a boutique winery embracing permaculture and regenerative farming techniques, there is so much for visitors to see, learn and taste.

Engage your senses and go behind the scenes touching, smelling, foraging, mixing and making. Meet the winemaker and learn about life as an organic farmer. Chocolate and Wine Pairing

Four exquisite hand-made chocolates paired perfectly with four Firescreek Botanical wines. Served in crystal glasses on tasting board in the gardens in a location of your choice. Very romantic and perfect for couples or fun to enjoy as a small group or family and friends. Guests are also welcome to try other vintages of wine at the cellar door on a complimentary basis after their chocolate and wine tasting experience and very welcome to sit and enjoy or take a stroll in the gardens at their leisure.

The Wine-Makers Secret Garden Tour

If you are looking for a more in-depth wine discovery, Firescreek Botanical Winery offer a personalised and intimate behind the scenes tour with the wine-maker. Sample all the current vintages of wine as you are led through this back of house experience. Enjoy each wine in different location on the property under the vines or amongst the trees from which the fruit was lovingly grown. You will be taken into the “Vat Room” where the wine is all produced and be led through the stunning organic gardens, orchard and vines, with discussion about wine making plus handy organic growing tips and tricks.
