The Central Coast Makers Trail project is managed by Central Coast Industry Connect (CCIC), a not-for-profit member organisation representing the Manufacturing industry on the NSW Central Coast. In 2019, CCIC, launched the Central Coast Food Alliance, it fosters collaboration across a network of local food and beverage manufacturers and agricultural produces and help those businesses to identify growth, opportunities, access, resources, and build their capability.
